Wanderers.io (or Wanderers of Io) is a multiplayer Web Game made by Polish programmer Rezoner, who also made Wilds Io. Both games have similar pixel-art graphics.You control a tribe of up to 6 minions with a totem, leading them to objects to indirectly order them to collect resources and fight enemies (of both other player-owned tribes and AI-controlled rogues/barbarians) across a sandbox of barren land and meadows, the latter of which contain food, wood and sometimes coins (plus water in Castle Mode). At certain experience levels, more abilities and upgrades can be selected.Tribes of the same color will not attack each other (and can thus act as allies). By default, a tribe is either red or brown, but uniquely colored teams can be used by each player involved entering the same "group text".There are two available modes to play, the beginner "Tribes Mode" and the more advanced "Castle Mode". While some aspects of Tribes Mode are unique to it, Castle Mode has additional features such as growing plants and constructing forts and more to aid other tribes and attack others' forts. | |
