Art-Style Dissonance: Leta - the main protagonist's moe visual doesn't go very well with the spooky mood of the game.

Bizarrchitecture: Leta's flat sometimes switches rooms all of a sudden, a door leads to an unrealistically long hallway or the door leading to the kitchen sends you into the bathroom instead.

Covers Always Lie: Leta looks considerably skinier in the cover art than in the game proper. Also in the game she gets some supernatural scars around her mouth but is never actually seen with her Mouth Stitched Shut with wires as in the title screen.
