Starting off as just Yomo no Umi (which plans to rework the lore of Asia), the lore eventually branched out into two other rework submods: Torch of Liberty (focusing on the USA and OFN) and The Soaring Eagle (focusing on Germany and the Unity-Pakt).In this timeline, Nikolai Bukharin, after becoming General Secretary of the USSR, pursued a policy of "Socialism with a Human Face", which unexpectedly backfired, resulting in rampant anti-communism arising in much of the western world. This was particularly noticeable in the UK and USA, where left-wing parties and policies were lambasted by right-wing politicians, who not only helped the British Labour Party lose ground, but also put the kibosh on any possible presential bids from Franklin Delano Roosevelt, leading to what would later become Social Democracy being strangled in the crib.Advertisement:propertag.cmd.push(function() { proper_display('tvtropes_mobile_ad_2'); })During the Great Depression, this swing towards right-wing ideals led to the administrations of Joseph P.
