The game is based on a series of image captions establishing the "Futa Dom" universe, which have been floating around the internet since at least The New 10's.Billed as an "Erotic Dystopia," the game takes place in a world where there are three biological sexes - males, females, and the Amazon-like "futa," feminine-appearing superhumans who just so happen to have well endowed male "packages" down below. Futa, in addition to incredible strength, super speed, and supposed genetic superiority, produce a special venom in their semen that allows them to "bind" males - that is, drain their intelligence while simultaneously getting them hooked on a severe addiction to their semen. As a male living in the capitol of the openly supremacist, authoritarian Futa Empire, the Featureless Protagonist is, at any time, subject to casual sexism and sexual abuse.
