The first one has all the hallmarks of an amateur first-time animation, with very inconsistent character anatomy as well as flat digital coloring and line work. The second one incorporates rougher line work and more natural-looking coloring to make it look more like 90's cel animation, with the character designs significantly improved to more closely resemble Akira Toriyama's art. And it just gets better from there. | |
