Even the free-for-all 2b2t playerbase was not amused by the developers of their game clients trying to insert unwarranted backdoors spying on users' browser data. While Fit does publicly mention people that are involved with the topic of his videos, there are a few times when he outright states he refuse to promote the object or person by name due to just how low they go, such as releasing a hack client that steals personal info, or stealing info from someone in real life right under their nose. As Fit mentions several times, 2b2t's community doesn't really care about what you do in the server - while using exploits to crash the server and ban unsuspecting victims might earn you the ire of plenty of players and cause Hausemaster himself to intervene to shut down the exploit, a few in the community will still respect your actions due to the skills necessary to pull off something like that. However, an exception is made when you go after players in real life for a in-game advantage. Those who do doxxing are shuned by practically all in-game groups and even former allies will turn on them quickly if they learn they are doing this, as bard's former friend found out in the hard way. | |
