Things VTubers Say is a short news program hosted on YouTube that covers the Virtual YouTuber scene. Debuting on December 8, 2020, new episodes are produced regularlynote usually 2-3 times a week, with daily updates during busy periods in the scene, and while the series originally started out with a focus on independent English language VTubers, it has since branched out to report on VTuber news and events occurring all around the world. The program is hosted by robotic VTuber FalseEyeD, and can be found on his YouTube channel. The show also features co-hosts Co-Dee, Lae-Dee, and formerly Hai-Dee before she graduated.The name of the show comes from the fact that most of the information reported on comes from VTuber-related posts on Twitter. The show showcases announcements from individual VTubers, the various agencies (large and small), and other noteworthy messages, such as sponsorships and shout-outs. It also provides coverage on noteworthy streams, such as debuts, song releases, birthdays, and streaming anniversaries, compiling the appropriate tweets on these events. Finally, the show is a showcase for artwork and animation created by and for VTubers, often in response to the aforementioned noteworthy streams. Distaff Counterpart: When the "android" avatar was introduced, there was also a brief cameo by a female version at the very end of the video; she has since made several other brief appearances at the end of episodes. When Ironmouse asked him about her, he noted that the female android, named "Lae-Dee", is a separate character, and that she would be voiced by a different performer when she eventually did make her full debut. An announcement tweet on September 6th, 2021 confirmed the spelling of Lae-Dee's name, and opened up auditions for the role. Lae-Dee finally debuted on 13 November, 2021, and made her first appearance on Things VTubers Say on 16 November. | |

Evolving Credits: False occasionally updates his outros utilizing on-screen assets that artists release from time to time to be used on VTuber streams. Particularly noticeable in the outros in June 2021; there were a sizable number of assets being released at that time, including hot tubsnote in part to play with the recently-added "hot tub" tag on Twitch and "legs up on desk" assets. For several episodes, FalseEyeD would keep adding more and more of these assets to the outro screen, making viewers wonder when he'd hit critical mass. The outro would revert back to (somewhat) normal after episode 100. He did this again in October 2021, this time with Halloween-themed assets.
