The Boss Baby: Back in the Crib / int_38d12399 | comment |
Teens Are Monsters: The Uncuddleables...or at least Boss Baby and Tina think so. Their main goal is to look good to parents and get more babysitting jobs...often at the expense of Baby Corp's "love" but their worst offenses had been giving a baby head lice, making a baby frown and trying to make the babies follow their rules when they were babysitting them. Tabitha even questions WHY they have to be enemies in the first place.

Surprisingly Realistic Outcome
The Boss Baby: Back in the Crib / int_3ed23024 | comment |
Surprisingly Realistic Outcome: The "Five Percenters system" is proven to be flawed, since focusing Baby Love on just a small group of "cutest babies" causes more problems since not only does it gives their enemies fewer targets but even if one of them is temporarily out of commission, a big chunk of the business gets damaged. There is also the fact that focusing ALL their attention and resources on the top five cutest babies means the rest of the "regular" babies are often overlooked and forgotten. When Ted finally gets his name cleared, he still has to do a roundup ride-a-long for the various other crimes he did while on the run.

The Boss Baby: Back in the Crib / int_40cc0c7e | comment |
Bittersweet Ending: Theo and Tina are able to screw over Nannycam Baby, saving UBO from a fate of being used as a anti-teenager weapon and getting her adopted by the family Nannycam planned to retire to, who are a celebrity couple who are completely immune to UBO's extreme cuteness. The "bitter" is Theo and Tina not only fail to get Baby Co. to abandon the Five Percenter system, but they, Tina's support crew and all the babies who signed and/or helped with the petition are all fired from Baby Co., leaving them all without a source of anti-aging baby formula. While they are down, they're not out, as Carol gives the fired babies the idea to start their own Baby Love-based company.

Arson, Murder, and Jaywalking: The various crimes Ted has to make up for after being cleared of embezzlement include resisting arrest, impersonating Europeon royalty, illegal border crossing, destruction of a federal interrogation facility, and somehow corrupting Canada’s fiercest fugitive tracker into a pony-frolicking peacenik

Cuteness Proximity: The UBO, or Ultra Baby Omega, a baby girl created from a fluke in the baby factory one day, is so adorable that she is being kept in the office under surveillance cameras, due to the fact that being exposed to her for longer than eight seconds is so cute, its actually painful.

Poke the Poodle: When Tim and Carol ask why Baby Corp hates the Uncuddleables so much, they bring up their past offenses of "giving a baby lice" and "making a baby frown until he looks ugly". Tim even says that this is lame compared to the villains they used to face.
