The Windblown Hare is a 1949 Looney Tunes cartoon starring Bugs Bunny. It was directed by Robert McKimson. After reading their own story, The Three Little Pigs decide to sell their straw and stick houses before the Big Bad Wolf blows them down, with Bugs being the unfortunate buyer. When the Wolf blows the houses down, Bugs retaliates in his usual manner, until he learns that both he and the Wolf have been had. The Pigs don't laugh for long.

Reading Ahead in the Script: The characters from "The Three Little Pigs" have read their own story and know exactly how it's supposed to turn out. (Makes the jerkassery easier to understand.)

Tempting Fate: When Bugs says he won't give the Wolf the present he brought for him, he begs "Gimme, Gimme, Gimme!". In his usual fashion, Bugs gives him a Pie in the Face, saying "Always remember, you asked for it!".

Punch-Clock Villain: The Big Bad Wolf has no actual malice, he's just following what the book says. Though he only got antagonistic towards Bugs when the latter retaliated for blowing his house down.

Eye Poke: Bugs pokes the Wolf in the eyes while pretending to be Little Red Riding Hood, right after asking him "What big eyes you've got!" He goes on to do the same with the nose and ears, then the Wolf returns the favor.

Noble Wolf: The Wolf is actually a swell guy who plays the role of a villain because it's what the book says. The only time he turns into a Savage Wolf is when Bugs starts retaliating for blowing his houses down.

Motor Mouth: When Bugs poses as Little Red Riding Hood, he gives the Wolf the story, and hilariously, he proceeds to speed-read it out loud very fast. (The lines are clearly sped up, as evidenced by the higher pitch of the Wolf.)

Adaptational Nice Guy: On the other hand, the Big Bad Wolf isn't a bad guy at all and is just following what the book says. When he goes to take care of Grandma in Little Red Riding Hood, he just makes her leave the house rather than eating her, since he ain't got time.

Duck Season, Rabbit Season: The lightswitch variant. When the Wolf chases Bugs down to the basement, Bugs would turn off the light, causing the Wolf to run back up the stairs to turn them back on. Eventually, Bugs simply says "Click!", causing the Wolf to run back and turn the lights off and get hit in the head by Bugs in the dark.
