Aside from the judge, characters include the judgeâ€™s wife, two lawyers (one with a beard, the other clean shaven), de officier van justitie (prosecuter), de griffier (court clerk), de notaris (notary), a female journalist and her young daughter and de deurwaarder (debt collector).
