At the end of the chapter, their final prank does include a snake nut can, this time loaded with a fully grown hydra (with Celestia's help). Also in chapter 9, Rainbow remarks that Luna probably doesn't eat donuts cause they don't have donut shops on the moon, much to Pinkie's horror. Part of their prank on Luna with Celestia's help is to create a phantasmal donut shop on the moon.
