The film stars Kelly Hu, Branscombe Richmond, Kea Peahu, Alex Aiono, Lindsay Watson, and Owen Vaccaro.Pili (Kea Paehu) and Ioane (Alex Aiono) are siblings of Hawaiian ancestry being raised in Brooklyn by their widowed mother, Leilani (Kelly Hu).
