At its most basic definition, a clone is a genetic duplicate of a living being. However, some works have clones whose genetic makeup is made up of two or more sources.
One possible reason is because the main source cannot be completely duplicated, maybe because it is too complicated or even damaged. Because of this, a secondary source may be needed to stabilize the clone.
Another possible reason is that the clone is birthed naturally via childbirth. If done this way, the clone can be retconned to not be a clone since they were birthed.
A Half-Human Hybrid is a possible outcome. Usually, these clones largely look like one set while having traits or even powers of the other set.
Can be a good source of Clone Angst. Clones may question whether or not they are one considering the circumstances of their creation.
Can be related to Artificial Family Member. If both donors are the same gender, it might be a form of Homosexual Reproduction. Compare Our Phlebotinum Child. Also Compare Clone by Conversion, in which an existing person is involved but is completely overwritten. Can overlap with Mix-and-Match Man.

The Rise of Skywalker introduces strandcasting, a cloning process that adds genetic information of other species to the base template to produce a non-identical clone to the primary host. The film also reveals that Supreme Leader Snoke was actually a strandcast clone to Palpatine. Rey's father is also Palpatine's strandcast clone, making Rey the Emperor's granddaughter.

X-23: Laura Kinney is an Opposite-Sex Clone of Wolverine created by the Facility via his blood. However, the genetic code obtained was damaged, especially the y chromosome, so Dr. Sarah Kinney, the head of the project, duplicated the x chromosome and used her DNA to fix it. Not only that, she also gave birth to Laura. Because of this, later stories more or less retcon Laura's clone status and treat her as basically Sarah's birth daughter.

Nate Grey a.k.a. X-Man is technically this, since he was created with Scott Summers and Jean Grey's DNA and gestated in an artificial womb. Despite this, being from another universe and only ten years their junior (and possibly less in Jean's case considering her frequent case of dead), both Jean and Scott consider him their son and he has a particularly strong rapport with Jean.

Star Trek: Enterprise: In "Demons", a human supremacist group uses genetic material from Trip and T'Pol to clone a Half-Human Hybrid baby to use as a propaganda piece. Tragically, because they didn't bother to address the incompatible human and Vulcan genes, she ultimately dies a few weeks later, leaving the two "parents" heartbroken.

In the manga version of Transformers 2010 (the Japanese version of the 3rd season of The Transformers), Rodimus Convoy agrees to face Galvatron in a one-on-one duel but instead finds himself confronted with Guiltaur, the Great Gun Soldier. When Guiltaur turns on Galvatron and forces the two leaders into an Enemy Mine, it's revealed that Guilatur was created by the Quintessons using the schematics of both Convoy/Optimus Prime and Megatron.

Amateur Surgeon 4: Regenerations: As the former explains on their first meeting, Hubris d'Obscene and Ignacious Bleed II are clones created from a combination of the original Dr. Ignacious Bleed and Dwayne Pipe's DNA, a fact that Ophelia Payne had been trying to hide from the latter clone (whom she created) via making him think that he was just a pure clone of Bleed. For this reason, both share Bleed's surgical talent and Dwayne's bug infestations. Hubris also treats Ignacious as if he was his brother, much like how he refers to Dwayne as his father.

Pokémon Adventures: Mewtwo, who is normally an extremely modified clone of Mew, is made from a combination of Mew's and Blaine's genetic material (since there wasn't enough of Mew's DNA to complete the process), which becomes a plot point when some of Mewtwo's cells make their way into Blaine's body, giving them a psychic link but also endangering Blaine's life.

This happens a couple of times in Light and Dark The Adventures of Dark Yagami, the first example being when Night creates a chemical that can make good clones, as opposed to evil clones. Shortly after she tells Light about it, his hair accidentally ends up in the chemical, causing the clone machine to create Day Yagami, a good clone of both Night and Light. The second instance is when Dark and Night learn that an imposter of L is running around and need to find out his true identity, which leads to the two of them putting both their DNA in the cloning machine, as well as some lion DNA for strength, which ends up creating Dawn Yagami, who has both of their intelligence combined.

In Honkai Impact 3rd, it is revealed that Kiana Kaslana is actually a clone of the original Kiana created by Otto Apocalypse. However, it goes much deeper than that, since she is also a clone of Sirin, the second Herrscher, and possesses her Core which still contains her consciousness and soul. This also causes a situation in which there are two aspects of Sirin: Kiana Kaslana, the Sirin who wants the love of a family she never had, and Herrscher of Void, the Sirin who wants to destroy humanity for the cruelty they inflicted on her.

SpaceGodzilla is an evil clone of Godzilla created when several G-Cells went into space and fused with living crystal organisms. Depending on which theory you go with (either SpaceGodzilla is descended from Godzilla's cells that were carried into space by Mothra after she went to destroy an asteroid, or are derived from some of Biollante's cells after she turned into spores and flew into space to survive her injuries), he's either a two- or three-donor clone, including the crystalline space organisms.
