Developed and published by D3 Publishing of Earth Defense Force fame, Custom Mech Wars is a Third-Person Shooter Mecha Game slated for release on Playstation 5 and PC (via Steam) on December 14, 2023. In the near future, a passing comet causes widespread devastation across the Earth. Humanity has evacuated to special shelters, while the cities and towns they once inhabited were placed under the watch of autonomous robots known as G-Mechs. Unfortunately, a mysterious earthquake causes the G-Mechs to malfunction and attack humanity. As a member of the Four-Seven Security Service, the task of investigating this phenomenon falls to you, as does the duty of protecting humanity from the rebellious G-Mechs, using your own mech to drive them back. The good news is that your mech is highly customizable, thanks to Omega Customization! Using parts and weapons taken from defeated G-Mechs, you can make the mech of your dreams, whether its a super fighting robot plucked straight from anime, a behemoth fitted with a small army's worth of guns, a cute robot girl, and even mechs that defy traditional classification!
