Poke Quest is a Pokémon comic with a twist: The storylines and characters are all decided by anonymous posters on 4chan's Pokemon board. An artist, named "Questy", draws their suggestions and acts as a dungeon master for the series. Due to the sheer number of "writers" and the nature of /vp/, the storylines are invariably chaotic and insane. Pokequest is a very loose retelling of Pokémon XD starring Jovi, the sister of the game's protagonist Michael (christened "DICKS" by /vp/). She is on a quest to prevent Shadow Mewtwo and Team Cypher for taking over the world, with the help of Wes, a secret society of celebrities named "Bill", Roxie, and a relentlessly punny dog named "Comedy Dog". But mostly her own fists. Pokequest 2 relocates to Unova, and due to /vp/ adding too much lore too quickly, is a story about Fairy-type Pokemon from Kalos trying to take over the world using a Holy Grail, while battling a secret society of bird Pokemon headed by Nate, with Colress harnessing the power of Pokemon fusion for nefarious ends. Starring "a manly man named Onii-chan", the rivals from Black & White, Sawk & Throh puppets, Comedy Dog again, Wii Fit Trainer, Lenora, and a cripplingly socially awkward version of N. Pokequest: Cat Edition, a shorter story about a Skitty trying to find her special talent. Slowquest, a series of one-off comics about a Slowpoke owned by "Professor Ginkgo". Always ends with the world getting destroyed.
